The 釦喊釦480 is designed for harsh operating conditions, supporting fanless operation from 40簞C to +70簞C while meeting MILSTD810H shock and vibration and EMark vehicle certification requirements. This makes it well suited for deployments such as fleet telematics, transportation infrastructure, remote surveillance, energy systems, and industrial automation.
The 釦喊釦480 features a quadcore Intel Atom Amston Lake x7433RE processor optimized for deterministic edge workloads. The platform supports Windows 10/11 IoT, Ubuntu Linux, and other x86 realtime operating systems, along with onboard TPM 2.0 hardware security for secure boot and data protection in distributed environments.
The system is designed to act as a centralized edge data hub, offering four 2.5GbE PoE+ ports with a 60W total power budget to connect and power cameras, sensors, and other edge devices. Additional I/O includes dual isolated CAN 2.0, digital I/O, serial interfaces, and USB connectivity to simplify integration with vehicles and industrial equipment.
Expansion slots are available to host wireless modules for4G/5G LTE, WiFi, Bluetooth, and GNSS, ensuring reliable connectivity in both urban and remote locations. Externalaccess storage bays for SATA drives and SD cards allow for faster field servicing.
